• Maintain and update general ledger accounts

• Record day-to-day financial transactions (e.g., sales, receipts, payments, disbursements)

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts

• Support month-end and Year-end closing processes including 1099 creation and distribution

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and follow up with suppliers to resolve discrepancies

• Monitor, record, and reconcile company credit card transactions, including receipt management

• Accounts payable process by reviewing and reconciling vendor statements, retrieving invoices from portals, and ensuring proper coding and approval

• Prepare and file sales tax returns in compliance with state and local regulations

• Process intercompany transactions

• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date digital accounting filing system

• Prepare and distribute financial statements

• Prepare Budgets and Forecasts

• Follow company procedures and contribute to process improvements

• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and other sensitive financial records
